A preview of what’s to come at MWC 2013 from Imagination

Having just wrapped up our biggest CES shows so far, we are now getting ready for another yearly highlight for Imagination: MWC 2013.

Mobile World Congress is an annual conference and trade show organized by GSMA (GSM Association) – an association of mobile operators and related companies focused on standardizing, deploying and promoting the GSM mobile telephone system. This year, the GSMA Mobile World Congress will take place from 25-28 February at a new location (Fira Gran Via in Barcelona, Spain). It is expected to be even more exciting than last year’s event, promising a fresh new perspective on mobile with more senior professionals and key industry players attending than any other event.

Imagination and MWC over the years

Over the past two decades, Imagination has become known and respected all over the world as the industry’s leading supplier of technologies that drive the relentless growth of the mobile industry. We have always had a strong presence at MWC; last year we rolled out an innovative booth design with a double deck structure multiple demo stations, and even a relaxed cafe meeting space with its own barista.

We’ll also have some of our ecosystem partners on hand to show you the compelling apps they’ve been creating using our technologies.
